For Netscape:
on the very top of your Computer screen
Netscape indicates
File - Edit - View - Go - Bookmarks etc.
click on Edit and go down to Preferences
A window opens and says
Home page location: http://www.phonebookoftheworld.com/
select this address and then delete it and enter a new homepage, for example: http://www.vacheandcow.com
or http://www.yahoo.com
click on ok
........ the next time you start your computer
it will start with the new homepage

a new window opens and asks you
