Cybercafe de Paris has a history
and has grown little by little from a place with one 2nd hand computer
to what is it today,
one of the trendiest places in Paris
and the home of the

in fact
Cybercafe de Paris

exists since I987
and was already know
as one of the famous
Electrica for Sony
Boutiques

certain people had decided that
our Boutiques
should die....
and we were trying to survive

this is the story of the Café:

way back in the past
over I50 years ago
at the old times of les Halles
Cybercafe de Paris
was une Cremerie des Halles

during the 70ies and 80ies
Cybercafé de Paris
was closed
heavy renovation costs
scared people away

I986
an interior Designer
Jean Letessier discovered it
and made it the show room for
MODERATO,
'James Bond film' robotic furniture

important renovation work took place
what a surprise
behind the ceramic tails of the Cremerie
hide beautiful Stone Walls
of old old times

at the same time
was born on
II rue des IIaIIes

as tiny little Boutique
Electrica for Sony

Moderato's
furniture is too expensive
and doesn't sell enough
aother furntiture store Profiligne

never ending construction
of the Meteor subway line
I99I - I997
