an 'old'** Lady
that had been annoyed by missing phonenumbers for over 35 years ....
living abroad she needed numbers from her home country 
France
... and also from America, Switzerland, Belgium, etc
she was tired of calling directory inquiery
paying, waiting, re and recorrecting spelling mistakes ....
not
a marketing professional,
not an 'Internet kid'
a Housewife,
Brigitte von Boch - Paul Cavallier

Brigitte had no idea about how to use the Internet
